Responsible Gaming at frt99

Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At frt99, we believe that gambling should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — never a source of financial stress or personal hardship. As a trusted online casino and sports betting platform serving players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and beyond, we take our responsibility to our community seriously.

Responsible gaming means understanding the risks involved, setting personal boundaries, and knowing when to take a break. frt99 provides a range of practical tools designed to keep your gameplay fun, fair, and within your means. We strongly encourage every player on our platform to use these features and to reach out if they ever feel gambling is getting out of hand.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone, regardless of income or background. The earlier the signs are recognised, the easier it is to address them. Watch out for these warning signs:

• Gambling more than you can afford to lose
• Borrowing money or selling belongings to fund gambling
• Chasing losses in an attempt to win back money
• Neglecting work, family, or social commitments due to gambling
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed when not gambling
• Hiding gambling activity from friends or family members

If you recognise any of these patterns in yourself or someone you know, please do not hesitate to contact frt99 support or seek help from a professional counselling service.

Our Responsible Gaming Tools

Deposit Limits

frt99 allows all players to set personalised deposit limits on their account. You can choose a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much money you transfer via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket into your gaming account. Once your limit is reached, the platform will automatically prevent any further deposits until the limit period resets. You can lower your limit at any time with immediate effect — but any increase will take at least 24 hours to apply, giving you time to reconsider.

Time-Out Feature

Sometimes you just need a short step back. The frt99 Time-Out feature lets you pause your account for a set period — 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days — without permanently closing it. During a time-out you cannot log in, deposit funds, or place bets. Your account details, game history, and balance are preserved and will be available again when the time-out ends. You can activate this feature directly from Account Settings or by contacting support.

Self-Exclusion

For players who feel they need a more serious break, frt99 offers a self-exclusion programme. You can request an exclusion period of 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During self-exclusion, your account is fully suspended and no marketing communications will be sent. Reinstatement after the exclusion period requires a formal review and a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.

Reality Checks & Activity History

frt99 displays regular reality check pop-ups during active gaming sessions, reminding you how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered. You can also view a full history of your bets, deposits, and withdrawals in your account dashboard at any time — giving you clear visibility of your spending patterns. If your activity history raises concerns, contact us and we can help you review your next steps.

Tips for Safe and Enjoyable Play

Following a few straightforward habits can make a real difference to your gaming experience. Here are our top tips:

• Only gamble with money you can genuinely afford to lose — never use rent, bill, or grocery funds
• Set a time limit before each session and stick to it — use our built-in reality check feature
• Do not chase losses — accept them as the cost of entertainment and walk away when your session budget is used
• Keep gambling as one activity among many — maintain your interests in cricket, football, time with family and friends
• Never gamble under the influence of alcohol or when you are feeling emotionally distressed

How do I set a deposit limit on frt99?

Log in to your frt99 account and navigate to Account Settings. Under the Responsible Gaming section, select Deposit Limits and choose your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly cap. Changes take effect immediately, while increases may require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

What is self-exclusion and how does it work at frt99?

Self-exclusion allows you to voluntarily block your own access to frt99 for a defined period — ranging from 30 days to a permanent ban. Once activated, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. To apply for self-exclusion, contact our support team at [email protected] with your account details and preferred exclusion duration.

Can I take a temporary break without permanently closing my account?

Yes. frt99 offers a Time-Out feature that lets you pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Your account remains intact and you can resume play after the time-out period expires. This is ideal if you simply need a short cooling-off period.
